Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to ImgFast, an AI-powered image generation and editing service available at https://imgfast.org (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, our image tools, accounts, credit system, stored results, downloads, support features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. Questions may be sent to support@imgfast.org.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service. If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration and Security

Some features require an account. ImgFast currently supports email-and-password authentication and may offer third-party sign-in methods, such as Google or GitHub, when displayed on the Site.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or use another person’s account without permission. Notify support@imgfast.org promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, ImgFast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for lawful personal or business image workflows. Available tools may include text-to-image generation, image editing, background removal, upscaling, restoration, style transformation, product imagery, portraits, and similar functions.

AI results are probabilistic. The same request may produce different results, and outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities. You must review each output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or harmful purpose;
• upload, generate, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, biometric, or other rights;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, prompts, safeguards, or algorithms from the Service;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Service except through an interface we expressly authorize;
• bypass rate limits, credit requirements, access controls, content safeguards, download protections, or other technical restrictions;
• introduce malware, malicious code, excessive traffic, or activity that interferes with the Site, providers, networks, or other users;
• resell access to the Service, accounts, or credits, or present the Service as your own standalone service, without our written permission; or
• use inputs or outputs to develop or improve a competing AI model or service where prohibited by applicable law or third-party provider terms.

User Content

Ownership and Responsibility

“User Content” means prompts, instructions, settings, uploaded images, reference materials, and other content you submit, together with images generated for you through the Service.

As between you and ImgFast, you retain the rights you lawfully hold in your User Content. You are solely responsible for your inputs, your instructions, and how you use, publish, or distribute outputs. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for us and our service providers to process your User Content as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Rights in AI-generated output may differ by jurisdiction and may be affected by your inputs and the terms of third-party model providers. ImgFast does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, unique, accurate, non-infringing, or available for exclusive use.

Limited License to Operate the Service

You grant ImgFast and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent continued retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

ImgFast does not claim a general license to publicly promote your private images. The Service currently does not provide a public community feed. We will obtain permission before using identifiable private User Content in marketing, unless you have independently made it public and applicable law permits that use.

Content Restrictions

You may not upload, request, generate, or share through the Service:

• illegal content or content that facilitates crime, fraud, or the sale of illegal goods or services;
• sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or content that endangers minors;
• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, non-consensual intimate, or exploitative sexual content;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, excessively violent, or self-harm-promoting content;
• deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or fabricated evidence intended to defraud, manipulate, or mislead;
• another person’s face, likeness, biometric information, private information, or sensitive data without sufficient legal authority and consent;
• content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights;
• spam, phishing, malware, or material intended to compromise a person, account, device, or network; or
• AI-generated material presented in a materially misleading way as authentic, human-created, or endorsed by a real person or organization.

We may reject a request, restrict or remove content, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or terminate an account, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, providers, or the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Site, software, interface, branding, text, graphics, code, and other materials provided by ImgFast or its licensors are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in those materials are transferred to you.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant ImgFast a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Payments and Credits

Fees and Checkout

Certain operations require credits. Prices, currency, the number of credits, and any special conditions are shown before checkout. The current public catalog offers one-time credit packs rather than automatically renewing subscriptions. Checkout is processed by the payment provider shown before purchase, which may include Creem or another configured provider.

By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed charge and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method. The selected payment provider processes your payment credentials under its own terms. ImgFast receives transaction and order information but does not store your full card or bank credentials.

We may change prices, credit costs, available tools, or payment methods for future purchases. A change will not alter credits already purchased except where required for security, fraud prevention, law, or correction of an obvious error.

Credit Rules

Credits are a limited, revocable license to use eligible ImgFast features. They are not currency, stored value, property, or a bank deposit; they cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. The number of credits used may vary by tool or model and is shown in the product interface where practical.

Purchased credit packs do not currently have a stated expiration date. Promotional, complimentary, refunded, or future plan-based credits may have different validity rules if those rules are clearly disclosed when granted. Credits may be deducted when a task starts and restored when a qualifying task fails without delivering the requested result.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Unless that policy or applicable law says otherwise, used credits, successfully delivered AI generations, and one-time credit packs after any credit has been consumed are non-refundable. No partial cash refund is provided for remaining credits.

Suspension and Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, email support@imgfast.org from the address associated with your account. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund right and may cause you to lose access to remaining credits and stored results.

Termination by ImgFast

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed to pay applicable fees, or could harm ImgFast, our providers, users, or third parties.

Effect of Termination

When access ends, the license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute-related record retention—will survive.

Service Changes and Availability

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue models, tools, providers, storage behavior, credit costs, or other features. The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, security events, internet conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise that any model, tool, stored result, or download link will remain available indefinitely. You should download and back up results you need.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uniqueness, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate, lawful, accurate, and safe for your intended use. ImgFast does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice through generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgFast and its operators, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, credits, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, ImgFast’s total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ImgFast during the six months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImgFast and its operators, suppliers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any terms displayed at checkout form the entire agreement between you and ImgFast regarding the Service and replace prior understandings on the same subject.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
