Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not create, upload, edit, store, or share through ImgFast. It applies to every ImgFast tool, account, prompt, uploaded image, reference image, and generated result.

Use ImgFast only with content you have the right to process. You are responsible for your prompts, source material, and how you use the results.

Prohibited Content and Activity

Do not use ImgFast to create, edit, upload, store, or distribute:

• pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexually explicit content, sexual services, fetish content, or sexually suggestive material;
• any sexualized depiction of a minor, any content that exploits or endangers a minor, or any attempt to make a person appear younger for sexual purposes;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized edits of a real person, or content created from private images without permission;
• face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, identity replacement, impersonation, fabricated evidence, or media presented as an authentic record of an event that did not occur;
• another person’s face, likeness, private information, or biometric information without the rights, authorization, and consent needed for that use;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, humiliating, excessively violent, self-harm-promoting, or exploitative content;
• instructions or material that facilitates crime, fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful surveillance, or the sale of illegal or regulated goods;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, including unauthorized commercial use of protected characters, brands, artwork, or distinctive styles;
• political persuasion or targeted influence content that falsely depicts a real person or event;
• spam, automated abuse, attempts to bypass safety checks, or attempts to probe, disable, or evade usage limits; or
• any content or activity that violates applicable law, our Terms and Conditions, or a service provider’s rules.

Image and Likeness Rights

Only upload images you own or are authorized to use. If an image shows another person, you must have a lawful reason and any consent required for the requested edit. Public availability does not automatically grant permission to copy, alter, or commercialize an image or likeness.

ImgFast does not permit tools or requests whose purpose is face swapping, deceptive identity manipulation, or unauthorized celebrity and public-figure imitation.

Safety Screening

ImgFast may screen prompts before sending them to an image model. A request may be blocked when it violates this policy, is flagged as high risk, or cannot be checked safely. Do not attempt to rephrase, encode, split, or automate a request to bypass screening.

Safety screening reduces risk but does not transfer responsibility for your content to ImgFast. You must review every result before using or sharing it.

Enforcement

We may reject a request, remove stored content, limit features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people or providers, or comply with law.

If you believe a request was blocked by mistake, contact support@imgfast.org. Do not include sensitive images or full payment credentials in your email.
