Refund Policy
Effective date: July 19, 2026
ImgFast sells one-time credit packs for AI image generation and editing. We want purchase terms to be clear before you pay. Please review this Refund Policy together with our Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request for an ImgFast credit pack is eligible for review only when all of the following are true:
- it concerns your first completed purchase on the ImgFast account;
- you contact us within 3 calendar days after the purchase time shown in the order record;
- none of the purchased credits have been used, transferred, reversed, or otherwise consumed; and
- the purchase was made directly through ImgFast and can be matched to a valid order and payment record.
ImgFast credit packs are one-time purchases and are equivalent to add-on credits rather than subscription credits. A later or repeat credit-pack purchase is therefore non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Other Qualifying Payment Problems
Even when the criteria above are not met, contact us promptly if you believe there was:
- a duplicate charge for the same intended purchase;
- an unauthorized charge;
- a successful payment for which the purchased credits were never delivered; or
- another billing error caused by ImgFast or our payment processing flow.
We will investigate the order and payment records. We may first correct the error, restore credits, or ask the payment provider to reverse a duplicate or unauthorized transaction, as appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for:
- a credit pack after any credit from that pack has been consumed;
- AI tasks that completed and delivered a result, including results you did not like or that differed from your expectations;
- unused credits remaining after a partially used pack;
- repeat credit-pack purchases, accidental purchases not reported within 3 days, or a change of mind after the eligibility period;
- promotional, complimentary, bonus, restored, or referral credits;
- credits or access restricted because of fraud, chargeback abuse, prohibited content, or violation of our Terms; or
- exchange-rate differences, bank charges, payment-provider charges, taxes, or other third-party costs not collected by ImgFast.
AI generation is probabilistic. Style, composition, likeness, text rendering, and detail can vary. These variations alone do not make a completed task refundable. When a qualifying technical failure does not deliver a result, ImgFast may automatically restore the credits used for that task; a credit restoration is not a cash refund.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria:
- Email support@imgfast.org from the email address linked to your ImgFast account.
- Use the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your ImgFast account email, order number, purchase date, amount, payment provider transaction identifier if available, and the reason for the request.
- Submit the request within 3 calendar days of the eligible first purchase.
Do not send passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials, or other sensitive payment information by email. We may request additional information reasonably needed to verify account ownership, the order, or an unauthorized-payment claim.
Processing Refunds
We will review the request and notify you of the result after we verify the account, credit ledger, order, and payment status. Approval is not automatic merely because a request was submitted.
If approved:
- the refund will normally be sent to the original payment method through the provider that processed the purchase;
- the related credits will be removed or disabled;
- processing time after approval depends on the payment provider, your bank, and your payment method; and
- where permitted by law, the refunded amount may be reduced by a payment-processing or administrative fee of no more than 6% of the original payment. We will disclose any deduction when approving the refund.
If we cannot refund the original payment method, we will contact you about a lawful alternative. We do not issue cash refunds or transfer refunds to an unrelated account.
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may delay our ability to investigate. We may suspend affected credits or the account while a payment dispute is pending, but nothing here prevents you from exercising a lawful chargeback right.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our products, payment methods, or legal obligations change. The version in effect when you made the purchase will normally govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. The effective date above identifies the current version.
